Access Advisors’ vision is to help make Aotearoa New Zealand more digitally inclusive. To do that we have a team of people with access needs who help demonstrate the problems faced with poorly designed websites and apps.

We believe that if you see the problems people have first-hand you are more likely to understand and make changes. We also believe that it is important to include people with access needs in the design process. It is important to us to include lived experience whenever possible and give people a voice.

In addition to our Access Panel, we are connected to a variety of disability support groups and service providers. We can take the hassle out of reaching out to multiple disability communities. We do all the leg work quickly as we already have the relationships in place.

We have people who use screen readers, who are on the autistic spectrum, who struggle to use a mouse because of joint pain, or have a combination of age-related issues. The panelists are different ages and nationalities and are spread across the motu. They are ready to be part of the solution.

You tell us who you are looking for and for what type of research and then pay us to recruit on your behalf. We handle all the logistics including paying our Access Panel fair compensation for their time.
