This 3 hour workshop will equip you with a core understanding of document accessibility, and provide you with practical experience in how to make your Microsoft Word documents accessible.

We will cover recommended practice for document accessibility, ensuring:

  • Information is easy to locate,
  • layout is simple, consistent and logical,
  • text is legible and well spaced,
  • graphics are clear and legible,
  • presentation of information does not solely rely on graphics,
  • and you know how to use Microsoft Word to create accessible PDF documents.

Target audience: This course is for all users who want to produce accessible documents. Only basic Microsoft Word and computer skills are required.
